Our Mission
We endeavor to provide the highest quality of services with a sense of warmth & kindness to enhance clients’ well-being. Philosophy of Care L’Therapy staff members believe all of our services should be guided and directed by the following beliefs: Excellence - all staff should strive to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of the people we serve. Holism - our services should be holistic in nature to meet not only the person's physical needs, but those that are spiritual, environmental, social and emotional, as well. Access - we will endeavor to make services available to all in need. Individual Needs - the plan of care must be individualized to the special needs of the people we serve. Choice - people should be active participants in decisions affecting their care. Team - an interdisciplinary team from various fields is most appropriate to plan and evaluate the provision of care. Coordination - we must facilitate coordination of care with service providers. Dignity and Respect - all persons should be treated with dignity and respect and all information held in the strictest confidence. Qualified Staff - all staff should pursue educational opportunities to enhance their knowledge and continue to meet the standards of their profession. L’Therapy Code of Ethics L’Therapy Group LLC has an obligation not only to the people it serves but to society in general to carry out its activities in an honorable manner. This Code of Ethics applies to all who are associated with the company, including employees and subcontractors. • To put our guests’ well being first and foremost. • To conduct ourselves professionally and responsibly. • To up hold the integrity of our professions. • To acknowledge the limitations of our skills and scope of practice, referring guests, when necessary, to other health professionals to provide the most appropriate care. • To maintain a safe and comfortable working environment, paying particular attention to avoidable hazards and respecting personal boundaries. • To ascertain and comply with the requirements of all governing laws, abiding by them to the best of our abilities. * To communicate responsibly, truthfully and respectfully with guests, holding their communications in strict confidence. Customer Code of Conduct We at L’Therapy expect our guests to behave in a respectful manner. • To turn all cell phones and pagers off or on vibrate while on the premises. Tranquility is essential at L’Therapy. • To keep talking to a minimum, not to be heard by other guests. • To secure their initial appointment with a major credit card. • New guests - to arrive 15 minutes early to complete their intake forms and to become acquainted with the staff. • To arrive at all appointments on time. After 15 minutes, we will consider the guest a “no show”, charging them for the full amount of the appointment. A gift card will be sent to the guests for the charged amount. Repeated delinquencies may result in the guests being blacklisted from L'Therapy. • To respect personal boundaries. If a guest touches a worker in an inappropriate manner or is abusive in any way, they will be responsible for the full amount of the session and asked to leave the premises immediately. • To pay for their appointments in full prior to or at the time of service. For L’Therapy guests desiring insurance billing for their appointments, pre-approval is required. This may take 1 day to a week. |
